I am a sincere, honest and hard worker real-estate agent since May 2002 with a back ground of 20 years in construction and design.

EXPERIENCE

I am a registered Designer in Iran since 1978 with lots of experiences in single family and multi family design. Years of experience as a supervisor and project manager at the construction sites. In BC, I started working as an Intern Architect for 2 years and attend BCIT for a 2 years fulltime study in Building Technology Program major in Architecture and graduated in May 2000. I have lots of experience in renovation and remodelling the old houses in North Shore. I also designed a couple of houses in West Vancouver.

DEGREE

I have Master in Architecture and Urbanism from National University of Iran (Shahid Beheshti University) and Building Technology Diploma from BCIT Vancouver.
